Today one of our client specialists called a customer (Cindy) to make sure her supplies got to her okay. She has been cathing since she was 3 months old and she’s almost 44 years old now. She said she has never had a company call her to make sure she got her shipment and to see if she had any questions and thought that it was wonderful that we did that. It is just one of the things 180 Medical insists on doing as part of our service to the customer.
We do this for a few reasons:
- UPS is great, but sometimes things happen. We want to make sure you receive your catheter supplies when you’re supposed to and if you don’t we make arrangements so you do!
- We want to make sure you received the catheter supplies that you were expecting and that it works for you. If you don’t like a catheter product like you thought you would we’ll ship you a new product and pay to get the product you didn’t like sent back to us. No problem!
